![]() | The recent cleaning and inspection project carried out by Anhui Anruisheng focused on a 14.4 km length pipeline with a diameter of 219 mm. This project was crucial to ensure the ongoing safety, efficiency, and reliability of the pipeline system. The thorough process involved both cleaning and inspection phases, using advanced tools and techniques to achieve optimal results. |
Cleaning Procedures The pipeline cleaning was divided into three key stages to ensure the interior walls were free from any buildup, ensuring smooth flow and prolonging the pipeline's lifespan.
Once the pipeline was cleaned, it underwent a detailed inspection to assess its structural integrity. Two key tools were used for this phase: Geometric Deformation Detector and Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL). | ![]() |
![]() | Execution Timeline The cleaning pigs and inspection tools were dispatched from Mingxi Station and traveled through the pipeline to be received at Mingdong Station, covering the entire 14.4 km section. The entire cleaning and inspection process took approximately four days to complete, ensuring thorough maintenance and detailed structural assessment. The successful completion of this project stands as clear proof of the effectiveness of IP Pipeline Technology in both pipeline cleaning and inspection. The exceptionally clear data gathered from the MFL and geometric deformation detectors further affirms the reliability of IP Pipeline Technology in maintaining pipeline safety and performance. This project showcases IP Pipeline Technology’s commitment to excellence, delivering precise results in a timely manner, and ensuring long-term integrity in critical pipeline infrastructures. |
