Steel Brush
A steel brush is a round brush with specific dimensions, commonly used as an industrial cleaning tool. When mounted on a pipeline pig, it operates inside the pipeline to remove dirt from the inner walls. It is usually made of copper or steel wire, featuring a simple structure but effectively removing surface dirt and rust. It is suitable for a variety of pigging tools.
Steel brushes have the following characteristics:
The bristles are made of copper-coated steel wire, with wire thickness options such as 0.2mm, 0.3mm, and 0.5mm. The manufacturing process involves welding double steel strips to create a brush with bristles and a brush cylinder, as well as a double steel strip brush roller. IP customizes steel brushes with the appropriate outer diameter for different pipelines, with a maximum inner diameter of 1.35 meters (outer diameter approximately 1.8 meters).
